What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?
…this is an unusual question and one I think I can grace with an unusual answer…
I have recently started including the Wim Hoth method of deep breathing whilst standing in a cold shower at the end of my daily cleanse. I challenge myself to do this every morning at the moment…no way did I believe would be want to continue but this is my 2nd week!
When the cold shower is turned off and I wrap my towel around myself I feel so invigorated and clean in body and mind.
I find it incredible to feel such comfort from the most uncomfortable perception…challenging myself in this way seems to bring immense comfort after the event…
